- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or digital products
4. Refund or Replacement
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status. If approved, you may choose:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- A full refund to your original payment method (processing time may vary)
5. Warranty Claims

Note: We currently do not offer a “2x Money Back Guarantee” or grocery/digital goods services. Our return policy is tailored to fashion and accessory products sold on SisilFoodcity.

Refund Policy
At SisilFoodcity, we take pride in delivering high-quality dresses and ladies’ fashion wear. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occur. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided under the following condition:
- The product is fully damaged at the time of delivery and cannot be used or worn.
2. Reporting a Damaged Item
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging) to [email protected].
- The item must remain unused and be returned in its original packaging.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Minor defects (loose threads, slight wrinkles, or variations in color due to lighting/screens)
- Size or fit issues (refer to our size guide before purchase)
- Change of mind
- Items returned beyond the 48-hour reporting window
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the damaged item:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges and Store Credit
If a refund is not applicable, you may choose to receive:
